Speak your mind but still mind what you speak
Learn to give your opinion on issues that affect you in one way or the other. Yet the way you express your opinion matters. For instance you do not agree with something your boss says in a meeting do you say, ‘Sir you are wrong’ or “Sir, I believe we can try it this way or that way instead’. He will be more receptive to the second mode of passing the message across and more likely to respond. So as much as we are encouraged to speak our minds, let us also mind what we speak!!!
