It took a while to grasp but I owe Him all
Just imagine – He took the fall
I only need to answer His call
And I can stand tall
No more Saul
Now I’m Paul
One thing we often fail to realise
Is that it’s there – right before our eyes
Its that simple – Just like ABC
A – Accept you have sinned
B – Believe that Jesus forgives you
C- Confess Him as your Lord
Then you’ll be saved
In His palm you’re engraved
To sin no longer enslaved.
Another choice to be made – Heaven or Hell
Where would you be after the final bell?
What story would you tell?
Of how you fell, living in a sin well?
Or how in His presence you would dwell?
If you fall, He’ll pick you up
But grace is there to help you stop
To keep you at the top
So tap into it –
Not just after you sin
But to keep you from falling in.
After D comes E, E for eternity
Honestly, God is very funny.
First B then C then D now E.
Eternal death or eternal glory?
Ramblings and musings of my mind
But one thing I hope I’ve left behind
Heaven or hell – Both real, both your choice
Listen to God through my voice
There is no guaranteed tomorrow
Would you want eternal joy or sorrow?
It’s easy to say now – I don’t want sorrow
But remember each day’s something you borrow
God gives you as a gift
So thoughts, words, deeds you must sift
All the wrong things must shift.
Ultimately you have a choice to make
Heaven or Hell – which would you take?
