Karen Kingsbury managed to do it once again. This book brought tears to my eyes.

Holden Harris is an eighteen year old autistic child who is very happy in his head. On the outside though, he is bullied because he is different. Ella Reynolds, the epitome of popularity – cheerleader and star of school drama production – is drawn to Holden and eventually discovers they were best friends as kids. She is pained by the injustice and indifference shown to Holden and decides to take a stand. Read this book and discover how a miracle unfolds – not only in Holden’s life but everyone around them.

It emphasizes the power of friendship and faith and reaffirms my belief that a miracle can take place anywhere and in anyone’s life. You just have to believe.
